Building Your 'Peace List'
You will arrive with a pre-prepared list of the traumatic memories that influence your thoughts and behaviours or phobia's.


Through a neuroscience-informed, evidence-based process, we'll work to safely and effectively de-code the emotional impact of these memories.


You stay fully conscious and in control throughout.  It’s not about reliving the past — it’s about rewriting your future.  You’ll finish each session feeling lighter, more empowered, and more in charge of your emotional wellbeing.

'Peace Package' - we work through your list of memories / phobias / worries you'd like to release

  • 3 hours going through your 'Peace List' including Lunch

'​Reset & Relax Day Retreat' - A full day of personalised support, working through your 'Peace List' and enjoy a delicious lunch in a local restaurant with me and then choose a couple of activities to continue your retreat day.
